Whole sardines provide flesh, bone, and organ together, offering a whole-food source of nutrients rather than isolated fish oil. As low-food-chain fish, they naturally supply protein, EPA and DHA omega-3s, and vitamins D and B12.
Freeze-drying removes only the moisture, resulting in a lightweight and nutrient-dense treat.
